Straight answers about billing, the trial and limits. If yours isn't here, ask us and the founder will reply.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Every new account starts on a 14-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you don't pick a plan, the account becomes read-only and everything in it stays visible.
What's included in the free trial?
Every core tool — site audits, keyword research, rank tracking, backlink analysis, the outreach CRM and link monitoring — with a connected mailbox and 100 outreach emails, at smaller allowances than a paid plan. AI credits, PDF export, white-label reports and teammates are not included. Trial allowances are one budget for the whole trial, not a monthly one, and tracked keywords are checked weekly rather than every 3 days.
What's the difference between saved and tracked keywords?
Saved keywords are storage: you can keep a large list per plan. Tracked keywords are the ones TaskGlaze actually checks in Google on a schedule, every 3 days on Starter, Pro and Agency. You choose which saved keywords are tracked and can swap them at any time.
How does yearly billing work?
Paying yearly saves about 20% compared with paying monthly on every plan, billed once a year. Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect straight away; moving from yearly to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends. The discount applies to plans only — a yearly add-on costs twelve times its monthly price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you're credited for the unused part of your current period, a new billing period starts at the new price, and you see the amount before you confirm. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime accounts don't switch plans; they add capacity with add-ons instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing → Manage Subscription, with no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account is read-only: audits, keywords, backlinks and CRM records stay visible, but you can't run new work until you subscribe again.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing is billed automatically. A monthly allowance — backlink scans and rows, keyword lookups, outreach emails, finder tokens, link-monitoring checks, Google indexing checks, Find Competitors runs, AI credits — pauses that one feature until your next billing cycle, and everything else keeps working. Deleting a website, a mailbox or a saved keyword frees its slot straight away; a CRM record only frees up once it's permanently removed from Trash. You can also upgrade or buy an add-on.
Is there an API?
Not yet. There's no public API on any plan, Agency included.
What do AI credits pay for?
AI-drafted outreach emails and AI Negotiator replies, both inside Mail. The AI content writer (blog ideas, briefs and drafts) isn't open to customers yet, so no plan includes it.
