Where White-Label Reports fits
Reports on the work once the links are live.
You did the audit and found the broken canonicals and the pages fighting each other. Then you send the client a PDF with someone else's name at the top, and you've just introduced them to your supplier.
Set your brand name and website once, switch the report branding to white-label, and every PDF you export carries your name on the cover and "Prepared by" your agency in the footer — with no mention of TaskGlaze. Or choose clean mode for no brand and no footer at all, when the report goes into your own deck.

Set your brand once
In Settings, under report branding, enter your agency name and website. It's account-level — you don't redo it per project or per export.
Pick how reports are branded
TaskGlaze branding (the default), white-label with your name on the cover and "Prepared by" in the footer, or clean with no brand and no footer.
Export the report
The site audit and keyword research PDFs both follow the same setting. Each is a real, server-typeset document — health score, score distribution, prioritised issues with fixes, worst pages — not a browser print of a dashboard.
What's included in White-Label Reports
Your name on the cover
White-label mode puts your agency name on the cover and "Prepared by" your agency and website in the footer. TaskGlaze doesn't appear on the document.
A completely unbranded option
Clean mode prints no brand and no footer — for reports you'll rebuild inside your own template.

- White-label and clean modes are Pro and Agency only. Starter and the lifetime plan export with TaskGlaze branding.
- Logos must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. SVG isn't accepted.
- The free trial doesn't include PDF export.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us and the founder will reply.
Pro and Agency. Starter and the lifetime deal include PDF exports, but with TaskGlaze branding that can't be changed. The 14-day trial doesn't include PDF export. If client work depends on branded PDFs, you need Pro or Agency.
Yes, on Pro and Agency. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP (up to 2 MB) in Settings under report branding. White-label reports show it on the cover and, when it fits, next to "Prepared by" in the footer. Clean mode never shows it.
No. The cover carries your name and the footer reads "Prepared by" your agency and website. Clean mode goes further and prints no brand or footer. Only the default mode names TaskGlaze.
The site audit report and the keyword research report. Both read one account-level setting, so one export can't go out branded while the other doesn't.
Not the PDF itself. During the trial you can run the audits and keyword research and see everything the report is built from in the app, but exporting needs a paid plan — and white-label specifically starts at Pro.
