BLUELINKS GROUP LTD (company no. 16277222), registered office: 167-169, 5th Floor, Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF, trading as Bluelinks Agency.

This notice supplements our main Privacy Policywith the specific disclosures California law requires — what we collect, whether we sell or share it (we don't), and how to exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights.

1.Scope of this notice

This Privacy Notice for California Residents is incorporated by reference into our main Privacy Policyand applies only to California consumers and their personal information, in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here.

2.Information we collect

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers who use TaskGlaze:

Biometric, health, or protected-classification dataNo — we do not collect this, and you must not submit it (see the Privacy Policy's AI processing section)

This does not include: publicly available information as defined by the CCPA; de-identified or aggregated information; or information otherwise excluded from the CCPA's scope.

3.Sources of information

  • Directly from you — when you register an Account, provide billing details, or contact support.
  • Automatically — through cookies and server logs as you use the Service (see our Cookie Policy).
  • From third parties — Google (if you sign in with "Continue with Google") and Stripe (billing/subscription status after checkout).

4.How we use this information

  • To create and administer your Account and provide the Service you subscribed to;
  • To process payments and manage your subscription;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • To secure the Service and detect/prevent fraud or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5.Disclosure, sale & sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA — in the preceding 12 months and at all times. We do not run targeted-advertising trackers on the Service at all — see our Cookie Policy.

We disclose personal information only to the service providers necessary to operate the Service (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and similar functions), each bound by a written contract restricting their use of it to providing that service to us — see the full, named list in our Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6.Sensitive personal information

The only sensitive personal information category we process is your own account login credentials (used solely to authenticate you). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, so the CCPA's right to limit use of sensitive personal information does not restrict any additional use on our part — there isn't one.

7.Your CCPA rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / access — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, the categories of sources, our purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we've shared it with.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g. completing a transaction you requested, security/fraud prevention, or complying with a legal obligation).
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing — not applicable in practice, since we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA — but you retain the right to direct us not to, at any time, at no cost.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a CCPA right.

8.How to exercise your rights

Submit a request to support@taskglaze.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt; if we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why in writing. We may need to verify your identity — typically by confirming the email address associated with your Account and recent Account activity — before actioning a request, and we do not charge a fee to process a normal request.

Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing us with signed written authorization; we may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

9.California's "Shine the Light" law

California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civil Code § 1798.83) lets California residents ask what personal information we've disclosed to third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to any third party for their own direct-marketing purposes, so there is nothing to report under this law — you're welcome to confirm this directly at support@taskglaze.com.

10.Minors

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 years of age, and the Service is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18 in any case — see the Privacy Policy's "Children's privacy" section.
