Keeping your outreach out of spam

Outreach sends from your own mailbox, so your deliverability is yours to protect. Here's what matters most.

TaskGlaze sends outreach through your own mailbox, not ours. That's deliberate: your deliverability is yours, it doesn't get dragged down by other users, and replies land in your inbox where they belong. It also means the sending reputation you build, or damage, is your own.

A few things matter more than everything else combined:

Warm the mailbox first. A brand-new address that sends 100 emails on day one looks exactly like a spammer to every filter in the chain. Send a handful a day for the first couple of weeks and build up.

Keep your bounce rate low. This is the single biggest signal. Every email TaskGlaze finds for a prospect carries a deliverability verdict, so send to Verified addresses first and skip the ones marked Undeliverable. Don't import old purchased lists alongside them; one bad list can undo months of good sending.

Write like a person. No images, no tracking-heavy templates, no five links in a three-line email. The messages that land are short, specific to the site you're writing about, and obviously written by someone who looked at it.

Reply to replies. Conversations are the strongest positive signal a mailbox can generate.

Respect the law, because it's also good practice. Identify yourself and your business honestly, use a real monitored reply address, and include a way to opt out. If someone opts out, TaskGlaze keeps them on a suppression list permanently, so you can't accidentally contact them again later from a different campaign.

If a mailbox starts bouncing heavily, TaskGlaze pauses it automatically rather than letting it burn down. That's a safety net, not a strategy — if it fires, stop and look at your list quality before resuming.
