Send your first outreach sequence

From a single email to a scheduled, multi-step sequence that stops the moment someone replies.

Once you have a verified prospect and a connected mailbox, TaskGlaze gives you two ways to reach out: send one email right now, or enroll prospects into a sequence that follows up automatically over time.

Sending one email

From a prospect's own page, Email Now sends immediately through your connected mailbox; Schedule Email lets you pick a date and time instead. From the CRM's bulk selection toolbar, the same choice exists across many prospects at once as Send Email and Schedule.

Building a sequence

A sequence is a set of ordered email steps, each with its own delay in days before it goes out — manage these under Outreach → Sequences (/backlinks/outreach/sequences). Build the steps once; every prospect you enroll follows the same schedule from whatever day they join.

Enrolling prospects

Select prospects in the CRM and use the Sequence action, which opens Add to Sequence — pick an active sequence and confirm with Enroll. From there, TaskGlaze sends each step on schedule automatically through your connected mailbox.

One important safety behavior: a sequence stops itself automatically the moment a prospect replies. Nobody keeps getting follow-up step three after they've already said no — or yes.

Replies and counter-offers

When a reply comes back with a price or a stance on your offer, TaskGlaze can draft a counter-offer for you, worked out against the budget you set in Mail Settings. It only ever prepares a draft — a real person on your side reviews and sends every reply; nothing negotiates or closes on its own.

A trial includes 100 sent emails and 100 outreach tokens to work with — plenty of room to test a full sequence before deciding whether to upgrade. And because everything sends through your own connected mailbox, replies land in your own inbox (/mail/inbox) exactly like any other email you'd received directly.
