Your trial limits and what happens when it ends
What your 14-day trial actually includes, in real numbers — and exactly what happens to your account and data once it ends.
Your trial runs for 14 days from the moment your email is verified, with real limits attached to every part of the workflow — not a scaled-down demo, and not unlimited access either.
What's included
- 2 projects
- 10 keywords actively tracked at once (up to 50 saved in total)
- 5 one-off keyword lookups
- 5 backlink scans, with a lifetime budget of 3,000 backlink rows pulled across them
- 1 domain-level "Find Competitors" run
- 1 connected mailbox and 100 sent outreach emails
- 100 outreach tokens (funds email lookups and link-type detection)
- 100 link-monitoring checks
Saving prospects to your CRM doesn't count against any of the above — that's free regardless of plan. AI credits and PDF reports are not part of the trial; those start on paid plans, and white-label branding on Pro and Agency.
What happens when it ends
When your 14 days are up, your account moves to a locked state — nothing is deleted. Every project, tracked keyword's history, CRM prospect and sent-email record stays exactly where it was and stays visible; you just can't create or consume anything new (no new projects, scans, keyword tracking, sends, or monitoring checks) until you choose a plan.
There's no separate free tier to fall back into — the trial is the only unpaid access TaskGlaze offers, by design, so what you see during your 14 days is genuinely representative of the product.
What to do
From your dashboard once the trial ends, you can pick up right where you left off by choosing a plan on the Billing page, or reply directly to the founder if you want to talk through which plan fits before committing. Upgrading doesn't reset anything you've built during the trial — your projects, tracked keywords, CRM prospects and mailbox connection carry straight over, just with your new plan's limits in place instead of the trial's.
